FOUNDER AND CEO
Mike Webster is Founder and CEO of Arvoia. Prior to Arvoia Mike was co-founder COO and CEO of two other start-ups in supply chain and Fin-tech. Mike also held a number of executive positions for two decades as Global Sales and Marketing Director and Operations Director for large multinational organisations such as RR Donnelley , DCC and Fexco.
Mike acquired the car rental division of Fexcoto form Arvoia in January 2014.
Mike has Technology Degree from University of Limerick, an MBA from University College Dublin and also completed the International Business Strategy Program in Harvard Business School.
David brings a proven track record of success in Technology where he has worked across all aspects of the delivery lifecycle.
His background includes a decade with Accenture working in a wide range of roles in business transformation, IT architecture and programme management across a number of blue chip clients.
More recently David was a leader in the IT function in Vodafone Ireland where he held the CIO position before joining Arvoia.
David brings strong collaboration skills to the table, deep expertise in strategic planning, IT architecture, customer centric delivery and operational support.
CHIEF ANALYTICS OFFICER
For the last 20 years, Alan has been at the forefront of Advanced Analytics and AI developments. His strategic approach to AI practices and applications is based on deep experience in all aspects of the Analytics Lifecycle and Execution, including AI & Advanced Analytics, Visualisation , Data Management, Marketing Applications and Real Time Decisioning.
Alan has worked extensively with industry leaders, especially in Mobility, Travel, Financial Services and Retail, across the EMEA region bringing best practise in technology, process and organisation.
Alan previously worked for SAS Institute in many roles, including leading the EMEA Customer Intelligence Practise.
Owen is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA). Previously to Mobacar Owen spent 13 years as CFO of an International FMCG business. Prior to that Owen was the Financial Director of an IT multinational services company with customers such as Dell, Intel and Apple. Owen has an MBA from Dublin City University and also completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Strategic Leadership 4 CFOs Programme.
Owen has negotiated Long Term Agreements with some of the largest Technology and Retail Companies in the world and has extensive M&A and fund raising experience to fund global growth.
Dr. Susie Harding
HEAD DATA SCIENTIST
With more than 10 years of experience, she brings a unique combination of theoretical expertise from her years completing a PhD in biostatistics at University College Dublin, coupled with experience building big data Ai solutions having spent over 6 years at some of the world’s largest online gaming sites such as Pokerstars, Full Tilt and Matchbook.
Since joining Arvoia, she has played an integral role in transforming the Data Science department and has introduced an end to end Ai process which puts Arvoia at the forefront of deep learning and Ai in mobility.
VP OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Donal O’Leary is the VP of Customer Success at Arvoia and is responsible for the on-boarding and ongoing engagement for all our clients.
Before joining Arvoia, Donal worked for over 20 years in professional services in a variety of industry sectors.
Working as a Program and Project manager for software implementations, he has consulted on customer locations in Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States.
Donal has delivered projects for clients such as Pepsi, Wyeth, Cadbury, Ryanair and Virgin Media.
VP CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Joanna has over 15 years of experience in the car hire industry.
A versatile management professional possesses a broad range of skills from contract negotiations, key account and performance management, product leadership and development. Joanna has strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills, multi-cultural experience and a proven track record in strategic business planning.
Joanna brings strong relationship development skills and a demonstrated ability to implement successful new business strategies and products in both B2C and B2B environments.
David O’ Meara
Professional IT Manager with over 18 years’ experience in Information Technology, primarily in the Travel Industry space. He has strong background of providing technical solutions and innovative ideas and proven record of building secure, resilient, high availability easy to use products.
